Pair 4 on the Second Row in group shots 

When we came across these parti sapphires in the rough - they had been bagged and passed along as "not profitable" for big companies because of their size. Small, but amazing natural sapphires - we could not let them continue to sit in the rough, uncut and unloved. 

The next challenge came when it came to finding pre-loved earrings that were the right size, and in good enough condition. But an end of line set of brand new gold studs became available - and so we jumped - 11 pairs of 4 claw 9ct yellow gold studs that we could use to make the most glorious sapphire studs. 

These are one of the four pairs of 2.7mm studs - please look carefully at the pics and scale for size - the opal stud I am wearing in the picture is 2.5mm. We have not put any of these parti studs on - they are all brand new - so you will need to use that picture and scale of pieces you have as a guide. 

This pair of parti sapphires is the most mis-matched in this size - one is very green - and the other is teal green blue, We love this - and the green is the most vibrant jungle green - and our only one out of all the blues. we feel that on a depth level they are a good math - but they are sister partis, not twins. It is also slightly smaller than its partner. Together, they are gorgeous and deep against the richness of the gold and the perfect little pair of Australian parti sapphire studs.
